TLC is our carpet cleaner. We have three long haired mini daschunds and sometimes they don’t always make it outside to releave themselves. Doug is the expert on pet stains and our carpets always come out looking like new again. Doug is the best in his profession and I recommend him to anyone needing their carpet cleaned on a regular basis or for that special occasion when you have guest over for a visit. The paint can I was using was leaking and I drizzled paint all up and down my staircase in the front entry. The carpet is light brown and the paint was a dark turquoise. I scrubbed and scrubbed and just made things worse. I called TLC and Doug came over the next day. He did an excellent job; I can’t thank him enough. The paint is gone and my carpet looks new again.

Doug has done it again. After 10 months with new puppy and family with dirty boots for 6 weeks….my carpet is sparkling as usual. I wanted clean carpets again, and He came thru as always. Gabriel the puppy was bad enough but then the boys with their boots compounded the problem. At least I knew where to go to get them clean…WE will not use anyone else. We have been using TLC for 15 years now. Thank you Super Doug!!

Doug does an absolutely wonderful job at getting stains out! He completely removed some awful pet stains that we thought would require getting a new carpet. Looks like new! We’ve been using him for years! Great work, great guy! I highly recommend TLC!​

Doug came to clean our carpets this week, and goodness, did we need it done! We have a very busy home with 5 kids, multiple cats, and a dog. There were so many spots on the carpet to begin with. Doug put a lot of work into our carpet and the results are amazing. The carpet looks fresh and smells good too! Doug came out to do a very specific job on my carpet. There was an area on the stairway landing that one of my dogs urinated on repeatedly (he was recovering from surgery). Doug was able to get the smell out after a very thorough cleaning. I was very concerned about the smell lingering and my dog continuing to do his business here but no more!!! Doug did a great job on cleaning this worrisome spot. Thanks so much. I certainly recommend TLC Carpet Cleaning to anyone.​

Doug did a fantastic job with the pet stains (many old!) on my carpets. It looks almost new again. And smells great! He was quick, attentive to detail and such a friendly guy! I highly recommend TLC!
