TLC Carpet Cleaning offers flat rate pricing on everything we do. Before we begin work, you will be provided with a firm estimate for your job. The price we quote is the price you pay. There are never any hidden or "extra" costs.
Our current residential pricing is 35 cents per square foot. This is for the area we clean, not the whole room. Exact pricing will be given upon measuring your space.

The price we agree on will stand as long as the job's details do not change; however, pricing may be renegotiated by TLC with one month's notice. Changes in pricing will be based on significant changes in the job from the initial start date, or on market changes affecting our labor and/or supplies costs, etc.
